Context
Sinea (formerly MentorLab) helps companies upskill their teams through challenge campaigns followed by coaches.
What I did
- The mobile app: onboarding, learning paths, team space and coach space.
- The API: roles (admin, coach, participant) and statistics by campaign and by team.
- The back office: create campaigns, import challenges and track progress.
Notifications go out on every channel (push, email, Teams, SMS), and every user can export or delete their data in one click to stay GDPR compliant.

Talking with the coachAfter each challenge, participants rate how it went, share their reflection and keep the conversation going with their coach. 
Running campaignsThe back office tracks a campaign's engagement in real time: active participants, participation rate, targeted skills and challenges completed over time. 
Choosing a challengeParticipants swipe through three personalised challenges, with their duration, target skill and points, or ask for three new ones. 
Progress badgesA reward screen celebrates each milestone with a badge, the points earned, the current rank and progress on the skill. 
Coaching historyThe Coaching tab gathers every completed challenge, filterable by skill, to find each piece of coach feedback.
